Mr. Shingler has provided services to residents of the area for more than 40 years. He has a wide range of experience in portable building sales and service, tax and accounting issues, and personal or commercial real estate appraisals. Mr. Shingler and his lovely wife Evelyn are active members in the community and are proud to have lived in Seminole County for their entire lives. Sinclair also writes a weekly column in the Donalsonville News called Travels of the Governor. They are members of United Methodist church in Donalsonville, Georgia.
